About Me

1. How long have you been in the real estate business?
I have had my real estate license since June of 1999. I got into the business due to my interest and experience in fixer-uppers in Denver & Phoenix.

2. How long have you lived in St. George?
I moved here from Phoenix in 1998.

3. What is your area of strength?
I have specialized in residential resale with most home sales being $200,000 and up. I have also sold many subdivided lots. Last I work with three different foreclosure management companies to help them sell the properties they have foreclosed on in St. George.

4. Do you work with homebuyers and home sellers?
I work with both.
